OverviewFull time, PermanentSecondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Middle leadershipEnglish, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Maori, The arts2MUWe are seeking a committed and experienced teacher to lead our Learning Support Department.Successful applicants will have : Proven management experience to lead our committed team of six teacher aides and two learning support coordinators.Culturally responsive and affirming practices that support akonga Maori and Pacific learners.Experience in inclusive education and pedagogical experience to adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs.The ability to work in literacy and numeracy teams and lead PD programmes.A teaching component will also be included, depending on applicant expertise, please state specialist subjects.The successful candidate will have confidence and capabilities with technology and be an active participant in our Professional Development Programme including Relationship Based Learning (RBL).
