The LSC role is a key leadership position focused on ensuring that every learner’s needs are recognised and responded to. Working collaboratively with teachers, whānau, and external agencies, you will strengthen inclusive practices across the school, build teacher capability, and help families navigate learning support processes with confidence and care.

This position requires a registered teacher with a strong understanding of inclusive education, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and the ability to influence and inspire others. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking, supportive team where collaboration and professional growth are valued.
