Front Of The House Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff for our T Lounge in Wellington, New Zealand.

This position is open to both male and female candidates and offers both full-time and casual work arrangements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food, processing billing through our POS system, and supporting the kitchen and beverage preparation.ResponsibilitiesTake customer orders accurately and efficiently.Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.Process billing using the POS system.Assist kitchen staff as needed during service.Support beverage preparation and presentation.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
