Job descriptionPrepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality Follow and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way Solve any issues that arise and take control of any problematic situation Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance Clean MOJ Previous experience in either a commercial kitchen or large hotel Knowledge in cookery with a passion for food and presentation Ability to work rostered shifts (and weekends as needed) Strive to exceed customers satisfaction Ability to communicate, multi-task and cope under pressure
Seeking an experienced chef to work in Porirua. Day shift : Saturday & Sunday, 11 : 30am - 6 : 30pm. $32 - $33 an hour.
Are you a kitchen champion looking for hospitality work in the Wellington area? Lowie is looking for an experienced chef to work in a busy production environment in Porirua, Wellington.
Weekend day shift : Saturday & Sunday, 11 : 30am – 6 : 30pm
