- To delegate tasks and supervise Cinema Sales Attendants to ensure that their work iscompleted to the EVENT / Rialto Cinemas Standard.
- Supervise Cinema Sales Attendants in conjunction with the management team to ensure thatthe EVENT / Rialto Cinemas Customer service experience escapes the ordinary.

People management skillsCustomer focusedExcellent communication skillsAble to work rostered shiftsHonest and reliablePositive can do attitudePreferredWork experience in a customer serviceorientated businessStaff ManagementCinema Sales Attendants are allocated tasks, areas of responsibility(such as toilets, bins, cinema checks, Play or Time-Out, ice-creams,etc.), and equipment for cleaning each shift.Cinema Sales Attendants are fully informed about all health and safetyinformation, up-coming events and promotions and all other mattersthat management wishes communicated.Where required, assistance provided to Cinema Sales Attendantsdealing with difficult customers.Ensure breaks are allocated to Cinema Sales Attendants on shift.Ensure allocated breaks are in line with Collective EmploymentAgreement / Individual Employment Agreement requirements.Time ManagementComplete all tasks given by the manager within a reasonable timeperiod.Ensure end of night cleanup is managed appropriately and completedwithin the allocated time frame.Staff TrainingAssistance provided to management as required with training ofCinema Sales Attendants.Point of Sale – Selling Tickets, Food & DrinkCash floats, keys, and vouchers are collected from the Duty Managerat the start of each shift.All equipment is turned on and operational at the start of each day.There are adequate supplies of stock and forms on hand for each shiftand supplies are replenished as required.Adequate staff are allocated to tasks to ensure the effective operationof the POS area to ensure customers are served quickly andefficiently.Cinema Sales Attendants complete necessary forms, particularly thewastage form, as required and / or appropriate.Cinema Sales Attendants are provided with change from theSupervision float as required.All food credits are advised and processed prior to the end of eachshift.There is Zero variance in the Supervision float at the end of each shift,or there is an adequate explanation for a negative or positive variance.Where till floats do not balance every effort is made to determine thereason for the negative or positive variance.All variances in cash floats are reported to the manager on Duty with,wherever possible, the reason (s) for the variances.All surfaces and food and drink producing equipment are keptscrupulously clean at all times.Adequate staff are allocated to tasks to ensure the efficient andcontrolled movement of patrons within the complex.Adequate staff are allocated to tasks to ensure the efficient andcontrolled movement of patrons within the complex.Floor barriers are erected to assist with crowd control as required.The foyer is not blocked by people at any time.Event Cinemas Queen Street, Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand#J-18808-Ljbffr
