"Cash drops" are accurately counted and done during shifts in between sessions and as required when busy.There is zero variance in the till balance at the end of each shift, or an adequate explanation for any variance.Any credits for food or drink are noted and advised to the Supervisor before the end of each shift.Wastage is minimal but when it does occur, it is recorded on the wastage sheet.In the event of a computer "crash," the time of the crash and the last transaction are recorded and passed to the Supervisor.Where "runner" duties are being performed, stocks like popcorn and syrups are replenished at all times, providing efficient backup to other POS staff.Finished ice-cream should compare favourably with the pictured ice-cream, with an optimal issuance of 72 cones per tub.All surfaces and equipment are kept scrupulously clean at all times.All customers are greeted politely with a smile and provided with information when requested.Queues are kept orderly, enabling free movement within the foyer.Customers are not admitted without a valid ticket, which must be ripped.Misbehaving customers are warned politely; persistent misbehavior is reported to the Supervisor.Customers are directed to seating when theatres are full or when arriving late.Cinemas are cleaned between screenings within the allocated time.Customer toilets are maintained clean and stocked.The foyer is kept tidy, with rubbish bags changed as needed.High standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout each shift.Regular checks are undertaken during screenings, and faults or breakages are logged and reported.Messes like spillages are cleaned promptly.
Vouchers, petty cash, and cheques are counted and recorded weekly.Health and SafetyThe fire evacuation sheet is checked at each shift's start.Fire checks are performed at the start of each shift, with hazards reported and recorded.All egresses are checked at the end of each session, with faults reported.Participation in evacuation drills is expected.Employees ensure safety and report hazards or block off areas as needed.Customer toilets are kept hygienic.Assistance with food control plans is provided, including temperature checks and cleaning.Responsible Service of AlcoholInformation is provided to customers about relevant matters, such as sold-out sessions.Stock ManagementStock is stored appropriately, kept tidy, rotated, and expired stock removed.Other DutiesOther duties as directed by supervisors or managers.
