About the Role
Join our Bay of Plenty team as a Talent Acquisition advisor on a 6-month fixed term contract until April 2026.
You will work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and HR Colleagues to deliver positive recruitment outcomes.
There are administrative aspects to the role, as well as coaching and offering advice : you will influence hiring managers to adopt effective talent practice and assist in the delivery of direct and inclusive recruitment and selection strategies.

The role is based in Tauranga and you will be working alongside a dedicated Talent Acquisition team who want to create the best outcomes for each service we work with and the employees.
About you
The responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Adviser is to ensure we attract and hire the best employees, while coordinating the growth of a strong pipeline.
