You will play a key role in delivering recruitment solutions ensuring we attract the right people for a wide variety of roles across NZTA.

You will support volume recruitment for our busy call centre and assist with graduate recruitment for our emerging professionals programme.

You'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, enhance our employment brand, and position NZTA as a destination employer in the transport sector.

For the position description, click here.What we're looking forWe're looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience : Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including volume recruitment.Hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, and selection.Strong administration and organisational skills.Comfortable using recruitment systems and sourcing tools.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Committed to diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in recruitment practices.We also look for a knowledge of, or willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori; and a knowledge of, or willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.Why join usOur people are proud to be part of creating a better New Zealand.
