Responsibilities
Support talent management discussions, succession planning, and workforce mobility programmes across the organisation.
Conduct talent mapping with leaders and design frameworks and systems to support career development.
Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across the organisation to help people and teams reach their full potential and thrive.

Qualifications and Experience
Extensive experience in talent mapping, with the ability to begin working with leaders across the organisation from day one (essential).
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, with an engaging and inclusive writing style.
Competence in working with people data and complex information to make well-reasoned decisions, generate insights, and tell meaningful business stories.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing organisational development initiatives with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity.
High level of cultural capability and awareness, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Background in Organisational Development, Career Development, HR, or Capability, supporting senior leaders as a Business Partner is desirable.

Location : Wellington preferred (National Office); applications from other locations are welcome.

Salary : The midpoint of the salary range is $119,013 per annum; the full range (85%-120%) is $101,162-$142,816 per annum.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
