You will play a key role in delivering recruitment solutions ensuring we attract the right people for a wide variety of roles across NZTA.Among your responsibilities you will support volume recruitment for our busy call centre, playing an important role in attracting and selecting top talent for our frontline teams.
There's also the opportunity to assist with graduate recruitment for our emerging professionals programme, helping to nurture and develop future leaders at NZTA.Building strong relationships is at the heart of this role working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, enhancing our employment brand and reputation, and making us a destination employer in the transport sector.To view a copy of the position description, click here.

We also look for a knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori; and a knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
