You'll own end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand, bringing both sourcing expertise and strategic insights to ensure we continue to attract exceptional talent.You'll work closely with hiring managers and leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent, while still being hands-on with sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment campaigns.
This is a chance to build on what's already in place, experiment with new approaches, and shape the way we scale our team.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring leaders to understand current and future hiring needs, providing insights into the external market and talent landscape.Own the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding.Actively source candidates for current roles and build pipelines for future opportunities, always on the lookout for top talent.Promote and amplify Hnry's Employee Value Proposition, sharing our story and ensuring every candidate has a great experience.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies, channels, and processes.Support employer branding initiatives, including encouraging our people to share what makes Hnry a great place to work.Manage and continuously improve sourcing channels and relationships.Chip in on People & Culture projects as needed - we're a fast-scaling business, and everyone gets involved where it counts.About youExperienced in end-to-end recruitment in New Zealand, ideally within a scaling business or a fast-paced environment.Skilled in sourcing hard-to-find talent and building strong talent pipelines.Relentless about providing a memorable candidate experience - candidate care comes naturally to you.Comfortable advising and influencing hiring leaders, while still being hands-on with execution.A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.Organised and able to juggle multiple roles and priorities at once.Flexible, adaptable, and motivated by working in a constantly evolving environment.A true team player with an "others first" mindset.Excited about Hnry's mission and purpose, and able to bring that passion into every conversation with candidates.Bonus points if youHave worked in SaaS, tech, or financial services.Are experienced within technical recruitment.Understand both the Australian and New Zealand talent markets.Have experienced being self-employed (freelancing, contracting etc).
