We have an exciting new product launch shortly and need to provide additional support for our customers.
The hours are Monday - Friday : 9.30am -6pm- 40 hours a week.
In this role, you will also need a degree of flexibility to be able to cover holidays and sick leave for others in the team outside of these hours from time to time.About the roleIn this role, you will be delivering outstanding phone customer care and technical product support to our diabetes patients, Healthcare professionals, and customers in Australia and NZ.
You will provide technical advice and support to assist callers with their diabetes product related concerns, and manage customer product queries and complaints.
You will also assist with sales administration by entering orders into the ERP system and complete other associated administrative tasks.What you will bringPrevious experience in a Product Specialist / Support role, Customer Care Call Centre Team or in other customer facing healthcare rolesTechnical product knowledge - able to quickly learn and absorb product knowledge.Demonstrated exemplary customer care skillsExcellent communication skills – both verbal and written – clear and articulate verbally so as to be able to respond to customers on the phone and strong written skills to provide care by emailStrong administrative skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy - organised and efficient and able to work independently and demonstrate initiativeSound judgement and a calm and mature mannerProblem – solving skills – demonstrated ability to assess a situation and effectively resolve customer issuesHigh energy and a 'can do' attitude - will go the extra mile - a great team player and role model for Pharmaco\'s values and behavioursProficient and competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP / CRM systemsIn addition, you must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.About usPharmaco (N.Z.) and ( Aus) Ltd is a leading sales, marketing and distribution healthcare organisation, delivering innovative, evidence-based healthcare products to New Zealand and Australia from all over the world.
