These campuses are connected across the Auckland isthmus to tell the story of our people, our brand and our future legacy.Based at our current East Tamaki Design Centre, we're looking for an inspiring Head of Marketing Design to lead Fisher & Paykel's global marketing design function.
This leadership role will shape how our marketing campaigns come to life through exceptional creative, ensuring every design execution tells our story of human-centred innovation and connects emotionally with our audiences around the world.You'll lead a talented global design team responsible for delivering brand-aligned marketing collateral for three brands across digital and traditional media.
You'll oversee the implementation and evolution of our global design systems, ensuring every campaign and asset reflects the brand aesthetic while driving creative efficiency and speed-to-market.
You'll champion innovation—leveraging automation, AI, and our "ingredients" model to deliver effective marketing assets at scale without compromising brand integrity.
With a strong partnership approach across Brand & Content, Digital, and wider Marketing, you'll help embed best practice design workflows and foster collaboration across teams.What You'll DoLead and inspire a high-performing global design team to deliver best-in-class creative across all marketing channels.Drive the evolution of our global design systems and creative processes for maximum efficiency and brand consistency.Collaborate with Brand & Content, Digital, and Production teams to deliver seamless end-to-end campaign execution.Champion the use of automation and AI tools to enhance design effectiveness and scalability.Mentor and develop designers, building deep capability in digital-first and system-led design.Ensure every output upholds our visual integrity, attention to detail, and storytelling excellence.Who are you?
You'll be a seasoned practitioner, with finely honed skills in digital and marketing design within client-side or agency environments.
You will have proven success leading design systems and execution for premium or diverse brands.
You are a confident design thinker who blends creativity with strategic and commercial understanding.
You have deep expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience implementing design systems that enable automation and brand consistency.
You're also naturally curious—exploring emerging technologies and finding ways to integrate them into practical, scalable design workflows.
