About the role

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts — creating digital content, supporting bid proposals, coordinating events, and helping us tell the stories behind our projects and people.

You'll work closely with bid teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft compelling visual and written content that helps us win work and raise our profile. From social media scheduling to proposal design, on-site photography to event coordination — you'll be involved in it all.

What you'll do

• Develop and schedule engaging content across digital platforms (social media, website)
• Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials and collateral
• Coordinate photography and videography — both on-site and in the office
• Manage our image and asset library to keep things organised and accessible
• Support event planning and execution (conferences, awards, trade shows)
• Collaborate with the Winning Work team to design visual content for bid proposals
• Translate complex technical info into clear, visually digestible formats
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identity
