About The Role
We're on the hunt for a Marketing & Design Coordinator who's equal parts designer, organiser, and brand champion.
In this dynamic, fast paced role, you'll work closely with the wider business and print partners to deliver and manage our point-of-sale (PoS) materials and collateral.
You'll also play a key role in bringing our marketing events to life, overseeing logistics such as venue coordination, supplier liaison, scheduling, inventory management, and on-site set-up.
You'll provide key support across campaigns, social media content and management, and consumer awards, keeping our marketing team running smoothly with sharp admin skills and seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, including agencies.
Alongside this, you'll be the go-to design resource within the team, creating and refreshing PoS materials and developing assets for video, social email and print channels.
About You
You will have a professional and proactive nature, coupled with strong attention to detail
Relevant business qualifications or learning that demonstrate expertise, curiosity, and a commitment to growth
At least 2 years' proven experience in marketing or communications
Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong project management skills; highly organized and outcome-driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working
