Marketing & Design Coordinator – Southern Cross Pet Insurance

About the role
You will be an equal parts designer, organiser and brand champion, working closely with the wider business and print partners to deliver and manage point‑of‑sale (PoS) materials, collateral and marketing events. Your key responsibilities include :
- Design, refresh and produce PoS materials and assets for video, social, email and print channels.
- Coordinate marketing events – venue selection, supplier liaison, scheduling, inventory management and on‑site set‑up.
- Support campaigns, social media content and consumer awards, ensuring smooth run‑through with internal teams and external agencies.
- Provide sharp administrative support and seamless coordination across internal teams, keeping the marketing team running efficiently.
About you
Professional, proactive nature with strong attention to detail.At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing or communications.Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g. InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite).Strong project management skills – highly organised and outcome driven.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working.Passion for pets – a must‑have.Benefits
