You'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts — creating digital content, supporting bid proposals, coordinating events, and helping us tell the stories behind our projects and people.You'll work closely with bid teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft compelling visual and written content that helps us win work and raise our profile.
From social media scheduling to proposal design, on-site photography to event coordination — you'll be involved in it all.What you'll doDevelop and schedule engaging content across digital platforms (social media, website)Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials and collateralCoordinate photography and videography — both on-site and in the officeManage our image and asset library to keep things organised and accessibleSupport event planning and execution (conferences, awards, trade shows)Collaborate with the Winning Work team to design visual content for bid proposalsTranslate complex technical info into clear, visually digestible formatsEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent visual identityWhat you'll bringA Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5+ years\' experience in a marketing or communications roleStrong graphic design skills (InDesign, Photoshop or similar)Experience managing social media and digital contentExcellent time management and a proactive, can-do attitudeAbility to connect with a wide range of people and juggle multiple prioritiesIdeally some experience in civil construction, photography / videography, or working in high-risk environmentsWhat we offerJoining HEB Construction means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive team where your expertise will be valued and your career can flourish.
