Customer Service Specialist – part-time – fixed term

• Shift work – 24 / 7 (will include weekends and public holidays)
• Fixed term contracts available varying from 30 hour / fortnight to 50 hour / fortnight
• Starting October / November 2025 to end April 2026 (or part thereof)

We have great summer opportunities for motivated Customer Service Specialists to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term basis, looking after our Interislander and Scenic Train passengers and their luggage. Ideally, we need you on board from October / November 2025 to end of April 2026, or earlier by negotiation.

You’ll not only provide exceptional customer service delivery to our passengers, you will also :
