Senior Insurance Specialist

Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington office.

Position : Employee Benefits Administrator. You will be responsible for the active management and processing of annual reviews in a timely manner.

Through the Mercer Marsh Benefits Joint Venture, we provide world-class health and insured benefits related consulting, brokerage and administrative services, solving our clients' most complex benefits administration challenges.

What you will be responsible for :

• Timely and accurate processing of : correspondence, letters, invoices, quotations and documentation
• Premium and adjustment calculations
• Information and documentation for pre-renewal and broking meetings
• Draft policy wordings and endorsements for review by Client Executives
• Providing technical support to clients and dealing with enquiries via phone or email
• Client management – planning renewals and updating records, daily communication and liaising, arranging medical assessments, drafting policy wording
