Customer & Operations Consultant (Full-Time, Fixed-Term)

Based at our Wellington Airport location, we have a full-time, fixed-term (until end of March 2026) position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work.Full-Time 40-hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts - Wed - Sun)Fixed-Term until end of March 2026Entry level role with training providedSupportive, friendly, and caring cultureAbout The RoleAs what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business!

This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations.

On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.What's On Offer$25.63 per hour, plus increase your earnings with our sales incentive scheme.Uniform and parking provided.Wellbeing programme incl.
