Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Council enquiries in the Contact Centre.
• Provide superior customer service by solving problems and processing inquiries promptly.
• Anticipate customer needs and deliver timely, high-quality services.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Build rapport with internal and external customers and relate to all types of people.
• Utilize initiative, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to support council goals and service delivery.

Role Details

This is a permanent, part-time role of 20 hours per week, based primarily in the Contact Centre.
