Vehicle / transport industry experience preferable.ResponsibilitiesBased at our Wellington branch and part of the Aftersales Team, work closely with the Parts / Service Team to ensure customers' needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.Communicate with external and internal customers, in writing and verbally, to schedule vehicles and provide updates.Coordinate with the workshop to ensure parts / service requirements meet customer expectations.Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation.Create work orders, allocate work to the workshop and handle invoicing.Monitor stock, spare parts, and inventory.You will havePrevious experience in a parts / customer service role in the automotive industry (preferred).
