Customer Service / Parts Advisor, Wellington

Role Summary

Join our Wellington team & showcase your excellent customer / parts service relationships. Vehicle / transport industry experience preferable.

What You Will Do

• Based at our Wellington branch and part of the Aftersales Team, you will work closely with the Service / Parts Team to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
• Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates
• Communicate with the workshop to ensure service / parts requirements meet customer expectations
• Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
• Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing
• Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory
