Role Summary
Join our Wellington team & showcase your excellent customer / parts service relationships. Vehicle / transport industry experience preferable.
What You Will Do
- Based at our Wellington branch and part of the Aftersales Team, you will work closely with the Service / Parts Team to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
- Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates
- Communicate with the workshop to ensure service / parts requirements meet customer expectations
- Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
- Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing
- Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory
What You Will Need
Previous experience in a customer service / parts advisor role in the automotive industry (preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsEffective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skillsStrong abilities in time management, organisation and administrationAbility to think on your feet and show initiativeWhat We Can Offer You
