A newly created opportunity has arisen to join our Wellington Branch team in the role of Customer Service based in Porirua, Wellington.

Key Responsibilities of this busy role include :

• Professionally handle customer inquiries and orders across various channels, provide knowledgeable showroom assistance, and promptly address complaints or queries.
• Support the Branch Manager with their daily activities, maintain high attention to detail, and meet deadlines while improving product knowledge through research and training.
• Manage spare parts, physically receiving and dispatching parts and whole goods orders. To have a high degree of attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Previous strong customer service skills and the ability to handle this busy and diverse role and a background in retail / ecommerce environment is advantageous.
