'A better day, every day'He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga | About the roleTo coordinate home-based care and support services that enable Access clients to live as safely and as independently as possible in their homes and communities.Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki tenei mahi | Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Home-Based Care : Oversee care and support services to ensure clients live safely and independently.Build Relationships : Develop strong connections with team members, clients, and whanau (family) to foster trust and communication.Deliver High-Quality Service : Ensure care plans and services are delivered to the highest standards, in line with policies and procedures.Manage Support Workers : Coordinate placements to ensure optimal care and client satisfaction.Adapt to Client Needs : Respond flexibly to the unique and changing needs of clients within a structured framework.Complaint Resolution : Lead the team in addressing and resolving client complaints, escalating issues when necessary, and finding effective solutions.Experience in team management, staff training, and rostering.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups and resolve conflicts.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.Commitment to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in the workplace.Eligibility to work in New Zealand.He aha ai matou?
