From front end service delivery to back end compliance, it takes a team to serve the community.About the roleThe Care Services Coordinator Is Responsible ForCare planning & coordination - Facilitate comprehensive assessments with rangatahi and whanau to identify strengths, needs, and aspirations.Monitoring & compliance - identify service gaps and advocate for necessary resources, process improvements and support.Crises support - support immediate response to incidents, injuries, or emergencies.About youWell, after hearing about us and about the role, you'll know whether you're the right person, and whether now is the right time for you.
Your high-level experience and professional expertise in care and emergency services is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngati Toa.
