The Role :
We're looking for a motivated and passionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary Respiratory team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership, coordinate seamless care across hospital and community settings, and make a real difference in the lives of people with complex respiratory disease.
As the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) , you will provide specialist nursing knowledge, assessment, and management for patients with respiratory conditions including airways disease, sleep and ventilation disorders, and patients requiring home oxygen. You'll lead nurse led clinics, contribute to pulmonary rehabilitation programmes, and support continuous improvement in patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and education.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, Maaori and Pacific health services, and primary care partners, you will play a key role in developing integrated care pathways and strengthening service delivery across the continuum of care.
