About the Role :

Join our dedicated Cardiology team at Middlemore Hospital and help us make a real difference in our community.

We are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about cardiology to provide expert cardiac rehabilitation advanced patient care across Counties Manukau District as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will :

Provide specialist nursing care, assessment, and support for patients with complex heart conditions.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Support patients and their whanau throughout their health journey, reflecting the values of Counties Manukau District.

Lead and promote evidence-based practices to continuously improve the quality of care.About you :

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate cardiology nurse committed to delivering exceptional clinical leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess :

Registration as a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.

A minimum of five years post-registration nursing experience in cardiology within New Zealand.

Recent experience in acute care or cardiology nursing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.Why Join Us :
