You'll be part of the senior leadership team and work cross-functionally with branches, sales, and the wider team.

You'll coach, develop, and support your team to achieve great results while maintaining a culture of accountability and care.

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate and timely monthly + annual financial reporting

Oversee and support a team of five (AP, AR, Payroll)

Partner across the business to support process improvements

Provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making

Qualifications

CA qualified (or equivalent)

Proven leadership experience

Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

A collaborative, down-to-earth style and passion for people development
