We are looking for a Head of Fraud & Scams Centre of Excellence , in this newly created role you’ll lead the development and implementation of fraud strategies that protect customers and deliver exceptional experiences. This is a pivotal role driving innovation, collaboration, and strategic leadership to safeguard ASB’s market position.

• Lead the creation and execution of ASB’s fraud strategies to prevent fraud, manage risk, and align with strategic business goals.
• Drive initiatives across business units to implement effective, bank-wide fraud prevention measures.
• Ensure the Centre of Excellence operates efficiently, with accountability for planning, governance, communications, and education.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Strategy, Brand & Marketing, Communications, Distribution, and People & Culture teams.
• Provide insights through competitor and industry analysis, and foster strong external relationships to enhance fraud awareness and customer protection.
