About the Role

This is a key leadership position within a thriving Restructuring & Insolvency team that handles complex national recovery work. You'll work closely with financial institutions, directors and investors, taking charge of engagements and investigations that genuinely make a difference. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage formal insolvency appointments such as receiverships, liquidations, and voluntary administrations.
• Oversee asset recovery and realisation, including the operation and trading of distressed businesses.
• Conduct forensic investigations and contribute to legal proceedings where applicable.
• Lead end-to-end file management in compliance with New Zealand insolvency legislation.
• Analyse commercial viability of distressed entities and review creditor claims.
• Draft statutory reports and client-focused advisory documentation.
