About the Role

Reporting to the Certification & QA Manager, this hands‑on full time position leads the effectiveness and continual improvement of Pacific Helmets' Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You'll work closely with a small, tight‑knit Quality team of three while collaborating across the wider company—from production and supply chain through to engineering and customer service.

You'll thrive in this role if you :

• Have a corrective and preventative mindset – you fix problems and stop them from recurring
• Take pride in clear documentation, structured systems and process ownership
