About the Role
Feedback Central plays a vital role in ensuring a consistent and transparent approach to managing feedback and adverse events across our organisation.
As a Quality Liaison Officer, you will facilitate and coordinate feedback processes, supporting services across the district to manage feedback effectively and compassionately.
You will help transform insights from feedback into opportunities for learning and service improvement.
Your responsibilities will include :
Analysing and interpreting patient and whaanau feedbackDrafting high-quality, thoughtful responsesGuiding services in the timely and effective management of complaints and adverse eventsReporting and Analysis of Feedback and Adverse Event ThemesProviding education and support to staff to strengthen feedback capabilityPromoting best practice in feedback management within an increasingly digital environmentAbout You

You build strong relationships with patients, whaanau, and colleagues and have a passion for enhancing the quality of healthcare experiences.
You will ideally bring :
A tertiary qualification in health, quality, or a related fieldProven experience in quality improvement, problem solving, and report writingSound understanding of medico-legal and ethical responsibilities in healthcareExcellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skillsWorking at Health New Zealand
