• Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Portfolio Manager at Westpac Institutional Bank, you will collaborate with a team of Analysts, Relationship Managers, and Relationship Support Specialists to effectively manage client relationships.

The primary responsibility of this role is the management of an institutional account portfolio, including conducting credit assessments to determine appropriate risk appetite.You will be entrusted with a designated portfolio across specific industries, for which you will assume full accountability.

Your role will involve active participation in structuring and restructuring financial deals, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities.

As the subject-matter expert in your assigned industries, you will remain informed of industry developments and assess their implications for both existing and prospective clients.

As a Senior Analyst, you serve as a vital resource in providing risk analysis throughout the origination and evaluation processes, identifying potential risks and issues while recommending effective solutions.Furthermore, you will proactively contribute to thought leadership initiatives designed to benefit current and potential customers.

In recognition of the importance of the Senior Analyst position within the Institutional Bank, you will also participate in leadership forums, offering valuable insights and supporting the development of a high-performing team.
