Contact Centre transformation project

You'll work with stakeholders to define requirements, map customer journeys, and help deliver a modern, connected service experience.
Experience with
Genesys
Amazon Connect
, or other leading contact centre platforms will set you apart.
You'll bring the BA fundamentals, including great communication, process mapping, and documentation skills, plus the capability to hit the ground running.
