The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Applications team , based at our Commercial Bay office. This exciting role will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 across Delegat.
Our Business Applications team partners with stakeholders across Delegat to deliver solutions that enhance business processes, increase efficiency, and support organisational objectives. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that makes a significant contribution to the planning and execution of technology projects that underpin our growth and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Leading requirements gathering, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Analysing existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for optimisation and automation.
- Supporting the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform applications.
- Leading user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities to support successful adoption of new solutions.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for D365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse applications.
What you’ll bring
Tertiary qualification and 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.Experience with delivery, specification, customisation, and configuration of D365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving within D365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse environments.Experience utilising Microsoft Azure DevOps and working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for results and continuous improvement.Ability to plan and execute with strong attention to detail, and to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice.What we offer
