Working within our Digital Platform Tribe and reporting to the Chapter Lead, you'll join the End User Compute Chapter in the Workplace Experience Squad. You’ll work with cutting‑edge technologies, focusing on the Microsoft Teams Calling platform, ensuring our people have reliable, high‑performing digital tools.

How you’ll make an impact :

• Lead support and development of the Microsoft Teams Calling platform, ensuring seamless communication experiences through effective configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor collaboration.
• Manage and maintain Teams Calling portals, ensuring accuracy in configuration, security standards compliance, and user provisioning.
• Analyse and enhance digital applications and integrations, optimizing system performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
• Create clear functional specifications and documentation, ensuring solutions align with current and future business needs.
• Provide comprehensive business analysis for communication and collaboration systems, enabling informed decisions to improve operational effectiveness.
• Deliver insightful data analysis and reporting, presenting performance dashboards and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert, providing guidance, best practices, and effective resolution to maintain robust system operations.
