Join us as a Senior Technical Business Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical delivery. This is a hands‑on role that combines analytical rigour with collaboration, helping to design and implement user‑centred, fit‑for‑purpose solutions that enable smarter ways of working across Financial Markets Authority.
Your work will span multiple areas, including people systems and integrations, finance transformation, knowledge management tooling, and CRM enhancements. You’ll partner with product leads, architects, integration specialists, and vendors to ensure solutions are technically robust, strategically aligned, and grounded in measurable business value.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
You will be an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong technical acumen and a track record of delivering complex system and process improvements. You’ll be able to confidently elicit, document, and translate requirements into practical solutions that balance technical feasibility with business needs.
You’ll be comfortable engaging with both technical and non‑technical audiences through various measures, including facilitating workshops, challenging assumptions, and guiding stakeholders through ambiguity. You’ll have experience across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process modelling to testing and adoption support.
Ideally, you’ll have experience with tools and practices such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and qualifications or exposure to Lean or Design Thinking approaches. Knowledge of regulated environments or compliance‑driven initiatives is advantageous, as is familiarity with finance systems, HRIS platforms, and integration design.
