Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Capability Uplift
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Analysts, fostering strong analytical capability and consistency across the chapter.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and thought leadership to uplift BA maturity and best practices.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Business Analysis & Delivery
Lead end-to-end analysis across complex programmes, leveraging strong value-based, contextual, and stakeholder-driven insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, solution options, and delivery pathways.Facilitate the breakdown of large change initiatives into well-defined, deliverable outcomes aligned with business value.Support teams in building shared understanding of value drivers, constraints, risks, and impacts across people, process, data, and technology.Contribute proactively to delivery success through robust analysis, problem-solving, and alignment with organisational goals.Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders.Influence decision-making through clear communication, structured thinking, and strategic insight.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a strong focus on value.Practice Leadership
Champion business analysis standards, frameworks, and quality assurance across the organisation.Support continuous development of BA tools, templates, and playbooks.Embed Agile and modern delivery practices within teams.Experience & Expertise
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex commercial environments.Proven experience leading and coaching BA teams, enabling capability uplift and delivery excellence.Demonstrated success delivering outcomes across both Agile and traditional / waterfall delivery models.Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels.Skills & Attributes
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.Ability to simplify complexity, connect the dots, and drive clarity in ambiguous or evolving environments.Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward shared outcomes.Qualifications
