We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our MMB Operations team at Marsh . This role will be based in the Auckland office and is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days in the office. It is offered as a 6‑month fixed‑term contract .

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will map and document existing processes using standard departmental templates and work closely with operations teams to gather requirements, perform root‑cause analysis, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

We will count on you to :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs and objectives.
• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Elicit, document, and manage detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues related to requirements.
• Assist in the development of business cases and cost‑benefit analyses.
