Role :   MC Delivery Senior Analyst

The Work

As a Senior Analyst within our Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, you will help clients reimagine their workforce to enable growth, agility and sustainable performance. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to deliver human-centred solutions that address business and people challenges across a range of industries.

You will :

• Support the design and delivery of organisation and workforce transformations that enable clients to adapt to new ways of working.
• Conduct research, analyse data, and develop insights that shape strategies for talent, leadership, and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of operating models and organisation structures aligned to business strategy.
• Support change and communications activities that drive adoption of new processes or technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client deliverables such as presentations, workshops and project plans.
• Build your consulting skills through hands-on client experience and formal learning opportunities within Accenture’s global network.

Salary range : NZD $80,000 – NZD $120,000 (Including Kiwi)

Standard Working hours : 37.5 hours / week
