Role : MC Delivery Senior Analyst
The Work
As a Senior Analyst within our Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, you will help clients reimagine their workforce to enable growth, agility and sustainable performance.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to deliver human-centred solutions that address business and people challenges across a range of industries.
You will :
Support the design and delivery of organisation and workforce transformations that enable clients to adapt to new ways of working.
Conduct research, analyse data, and develop insights that shape strategies for talent, leadership, and change management initiatives.
Contribute to the development of operating models and organisation structures aligned to business strategy.
Support change and communications activities that drive adoption of new processes or technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client deliverables such as presentations, workshops and project plans.
Build your consulting skills through hands-on client experience and formal learning opportunities within Accenture's global network.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking early-career consultants with a passion for people and transformation, and the drive to create impact for our clients.
Key skills and attributes :
Demonstrated interest or experience in HR, change management, organisation design, talent strategy, or workforce planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment and balancing multiple priorities.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, HR, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Salary range : NZD $80,000 – NZD $120,000 (Including Kiwi)
Standard Working hours : 37.5 hours / week
