£25.00 – £26.00 per hour (experience dependent)

Contract : Fit-Out Project

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out works.

The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing the day-to-day running of the fit-out project

Supervising trades and subcontractors, particularly joinery teams

Ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget

Coordinating site logistics and materials

Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance

Reporting progress to project managers and stakeholders

Managing snagging and handover at project completion

Resolving site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects

Strong knowledge of restaurant / retail fit-outs preferred

Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification

First Aid certificate (preferred)

CSCS card (Black / Gold or relevant manager level)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple trades
