Flexibility, empowerment, and a focus on professional growth are all at the heart of how the team works.What You'll DoBuild, run, and optimise large-scale cloud-native environments, with a strong focus on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), ensuring unmatched performance even under peak loads.Design and implement automation to eliminate toil, improve reliability, and streamline the SDLC, allowing development teams to focus more on innovation and less on manual tasks.Collaborate with engineering teams to architect and deliver resilient, scalable, and performant applications, so end-users enjoy consistent and reliable service.Maintain and evolve cloud security posture, including IAM, policy management, compliance controls, and regular security assessments.

Champion modern DevOps practices by driving CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible), and continuous integration standards.About YouYou're confident working in AWS or another major cloud platform and have 3–5 years' experience across IaaS and PaaS environments.You've worked with CI / CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible), and containerisation (Docker / Kubernetes / EKS).
