With a focus on planning, scheduling, and compliance, you'll drive project success while mentoring others and contributing to a culture of excellence.Responsibilities : Develop construction plans and manage project execution.Conduct site investigations, analyse data, and oversee technical review and inspections.Coordinate with clients, partners, and subcontractors.Manage scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, and ensure QHSE planning and compliance.Track progress, report on project status, and manage budgets and regulatory compliance.Handle cost control, stakeholder management, and contribute to company culture.Mentor team members and promote team success.Requirements : 5+ years' of NZ, UK or Australian experience in a Project Engineer roleBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringExperience working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project or similar software is preferred.Experienced in managing large, complex civil projectsSkilled in site layout, utility design, grading, and regulatory complianceStrong commercial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and forecastingExpertise in project delivery, including surveying and permitsAble to read drawings, plans, and Inspection Test PlansStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to use benchmarks for permanent worksEnjoy teamworkVehicle + PhoneBenefits packageKiwisaver Employer Contribution (3% on Gross Salary)Additional Benefits : Opportunities for career advancement and professional developmentFlat management style – you're more than a number.Corporate fitness classes on Friday morning encouraged!
