What you'll be doing

Running the day-to-day on fast-moving fitout projects.

Coordinating trades, schedules, and site logistics.

Leading from the front, problem-solving, and getting stuck in alongside the team.

Driving quality, safety, and deadlines across every job.

Keeping communication sharp with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

What we're after

3–5 years of experience in site management or a similar role, ideally with a focus on fitout.

Someone proactive and hands-on, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple trades and timelines.

Confident communicator who can motivate teams and build trust.

Good knowledge of health & safety requirements.
