OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Abseil Site Supervisor to take charge of project delivery.
This role is less about being "on the tools" every day, and more about leading, coordinating, and ensuring quality outcomes across our rope access projects.What you'll be doing : Leading and supervising a team of skilled abseilers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.Overseeing site set-up, including temporary fall arrest systems and lifeline rigging.Coordinating project timelines, resources, and client communications.Supporting your team with rope access knowledge when needed, but keeping your focus on project management and delivery.Maintaining impeccable Health & Safety standards and driving compliance on every site.Keeping a keen eye on quality assurance, making sure work is completed to the highest standard.Managing project reporting and documentation with confidence on a computer.What we're looking forProven rope access expertise (IRATA L3 or SAARNZ L4)—enough to guide and support your team.Experience in Abseil Painting or Abseil Building Maintenance (preferably both).
Confidence in running multiple projects at a time, and being involved in LMT projects.Strong background in temporary fall arrest systems and lifeline rigging.Leadership ability—you know how to run crews, plan work, and keep projects on track.A safety-first mindset and passion for quality assurance.Computer literacy for planning, reporting, and communication.Ideally qualified as an NZQA Assessor (or willing to upskill with our support).
