About the role
We'reon the lookoutfora highlyskilledExecutive Assistant tosupportourChief Executive.This is a pivotalroleat the heart of our organisation, whereyourexpertisewillhelp shape how we deliver on our strategyand regulatory responsibilities.You'llwork closelywithourChief Executive, actingas a trusted partner andright-hand support - enablingthemtofocus onleading,engagingwithstakeholders, and driving impact.Ifyou'reproactive, discreet, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentwhere no two days are the same,we'dlove to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
You will support the organisation through :
Managingthe CEO's diary, correspondence, and travel.
Preparingand reviewing documents, presentations, and briefings.
SupportingBoard processes, including agendas and minutes.
Actingas a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipatingissues, problem-solving, and keeping the CEO focused on priorities.
Are you someone with the following?
Experienceasa senior levelExecutiveAssistant, ideally ingovernment,aregulatoryenvironmentor complexorganisation.
Excellentwritten and verbal communications skills.
Theability to build andmaintainrelationships with a broad rangeof stakeholders.Experience working with a Board would be anadvantagebut is not necessary.
Acan-do attitude witha high levelof initiative.
Greatinterpersonal skills.
Excellentorganisational skills and the ability toanticipatethe needs ofothers, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
Strongadministrative skills andproficiencyin Microsoft Office 365particularly Word, Excel,andOutlook.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with an eye for detailandhigh levelof accuracy.
