We're seeking an organised Executive Assistant to support an Executive Leadership Team manager for a temporary 3 - 6 month contract to start in May.
This role requires someone who can anticipate needs and deliver high-quality support in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate the Group General Manager's diary and complex work programme.
Manage a high-volume inbox, prioritising critical issues.
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and customers.
Prepare accurate, compliant correspondence and high-level documentation.
Coordinate official correspondence and ensure deadlines are met.
Organise travel, accommodation, and key commitments.
Offer mentoring and technical support to colleagues.
Provide budget support during month-end financials.
We're looking for a confident, experienced EA who can operate effectively from day one, solve problems quickly, and anticipate the needs of a busy executive.
