The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide support to the Area Officer Wellington by effectively managing their schedules and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative, secretarial, analytical and research duties.
Duties performed require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and mature and independent judgement, including prioritising of competing deadlines.
The position requires leadership qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, dependability and accountability.
The work requires a high degree of professional independence, initiative, self-discipline and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Diary and inbox management
Drafting correspondence, general documentation, power point presentations
Administration Support for the Area Officer
Writing minutes at meetings & keep track of action points
Relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders

This is permanent part-time role at 20 hrs per week
The starting salary for this role is likely to fall between $65k and $70k per annum (pro rata).
